How information is handled when you contact TBC Commercial Door & Glass Systems.

Quote requests and photos

The quote form asks for contact details, the property or business, city, service and a description of the work. You may attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 5 MB each. We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss the requested work. Avoid including access codes, people, confidential documents or other unnecessary personal information in photos.

Enquiries and attachments are sent through Hostinger email to tbcdoorandglass@gmail.com, using Google Gmail. The configured website form does not keep a separate database of entries. Temporary upload files are removed after processing, but copies sent by email remain in the business inbox and its email services. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you provided; some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or applicable record-keeping requirements.

Pages connected to your enquiry

The website keeps the first visited page path in this browser tab’s session storage. Quote links identify the page where a request began. The first page, request page and form page are included with the enquiry so we can understand which service information led to your request. These attribution fields omit URL queries and do not contain your name, email or phone number. Attribution may be unavailable when JavaScript or browser storage is blocked.

Optional analytics and your choice

When enabled, Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, phone-link clicks, quote starts and successful quote submissions. Analytics events use page paths and form labels, not the contents of your quote, contact details or uploaded photos. A phone-link click does not establish that a call connected.

Choose No thanks to leave optional analytics off. Cookie preferences lets you change your choice. Your choice is saved in browser storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies where accessible; it does not remove data already received by Google. The quote form remains available without optional analytics.

Hosting, security and service providers

Hostinger hosts this WordPress website. Hosting and security logs may contain access information, including IP addresses. The form uses a salted fingerprint, expiring after ten minutes, to limit repeated attempts. WordPress uses login cookies for authorized administrator access. Hostinger and Google process information as service providers, and processing may occur outside Canada.

Private staging and test submissions

During private website review, quote delivery can be enabled for testing. The form displays a notice when email delivery is disabled. Use fictional details for test enquiries. Optional analytics is normally disabled on staging; an administrator may enable a time-limited test that labels events as developer traffic. Public access and indexing remain disabled until launch approval.

Google Maps and customer reviews

The location section embeds Google Maps. Loading or interacting with the map connects your browser to Google, which may receive access information and use cookies under its own privacy practices. Customer reviews are supplied through the Trustindex Google reviews plugin from the public TBC business profile. Review widgets and reviewer images may connect to Trustindex or Google. These services are separate from the optional Google Analytics setting. You can also use the written address or contact TBC directly.

Marketing-source information

If you allow analytics, we use approved campaign labels and the referring website domain to understand how visitors find us. We keep this context within the browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Quote notifications may include that source, medium and campaign alongside the page where the request began. We do not include your typed contact details, message or uploaded photographs in analytics events. Campaign links should never contain personal information. Declining analytics leaves optional marketing-source tracking off; the quote can still be sent with its page source.

A phone-link click indicates an interaction with the website, not an answered call. Browser-reported attribution can be missing or inaccurate when consent is declined, storage is unavailable, a link is shared or another device is used. We do not store advertising click identifiers in quote notifications.
